Optimizely CMS

The brief was to create a modern, scalable platform on Optimizely CMS. This digital, multilingual solution, needed to make it simple to communicate with the company's customers, track their customer journey, and prepare the brand for future investments in e-commerce and expansion into up to 30 markets.

Greater flexibility

A central component of the project was flexibility in content management. IsaDora required greater freedom to control their content themselves and quickly launch campaigns. Simultaneously, we developed a new visual identity and graphic profile. IsaDora, previously associated with dark colours, shifted towards a light and fresh profile, targeting a broader demographic.

The Optimizely platform was chosen for its scalability - it offers excellent support for multi-language functionality and web shops, as well as efficient integration with IsaDora’s image bank.

New tools during the pandemic

The new isadora.com was launched in December 2019. This initial version of the site was then developed in several stages. When the pandemic hit shortly after the launch, there was a sudden increased interest in trying products at home.

Leveraging AR technology (Augmented Reality), we built the Beauty Tool — a feature allowing users to digitally try on IsaDora's products. This solution was fully integrated into the platform.

Strengthened digital presence

The new platform strengthened IsaDora's digital positioning, gave the team greater flexibility in content management, and established the foundation for international scalability. Furthermore, with the Beauty Tool, IsaDora was able to quickly meet changing consumer behaviours and create new value for their customers.
