Bombayworks (henceforth referred to as ”we”) is a digital full-service agency creating cost efficient digital solutions with measurable results. Our offices can be found in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Mumbai and Malmö.

We take integrity seriously and want to make sure that you keep yours. We want to stay transparent in what kind of information we collect about you, how, for what reason and for how long. You should also know that you have the right to demand access to this data, and/or have us change, correct or - in some cases - delete said information.

Why we collect data about you

    We collect your data when you sign up for any of our marketing events (webinars, afterworks or similar events) in order to keep track of the effectiveness of said event, but also in order to keep you in the loop on upcoming events.

    We collect information about you when you order marketing material from us in order to keep track of demand and provide you with important information.

    We collect information about you when you contact us in order to respond to any request you may have and make sure that you have gotten a solution to the problem.

    We collect information about you when you buy or use any of our services. This so that we can provide you with before mentioned service, send you important information, keep our part of any agreements and to handle financial transactions. We may also collect data due to laws and regulations.

What information we collect

    We collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, physical address, job title and organisation.

    We may collect other pieces of information should you include them in any forms for contact, downloads and registrations found on our site.

    We collect any data that you send us via digital questionnaires, for example whenever you register to an event, create a support ticket or apply for a job at Bombayworks.

    We collect anonymized information sent via your web browser whenever you visit our website. Such information includes (but is not limited to) IP address, OS and browser version. Should you identify yourself by filling out a form (such as specifying which pages you have visited on our site), that information may get associated with your personal information.

How we use your data

    We never sell your personal information to any third parties. Should we get your permission we may share your information with partners of your choice.

    Should you request any marketing material or attend a marketing event we may use your data in order to track the performance of such activities.

    Should you subscribe to our newsletter we will use your data to send you marketing information.

    If we initiate a professional relationship with youth we may use your data to keep you in the loop on any updates to our products or services.We may share data with any service providers acting on our behalf, such as those monitoring and updating our databases. These partners act according to our instructions, following the guidelines found in this document.

How and for how long we store your data

    We store your data only for as long as we need to in order to honor our agreement with you, or in order to stay compliant to current laws and regulations.

    If you are one of our clients/partners then we will store your data only for as long as we collaborate. Some information may be stored for longer periods of time, contracts will for example get archived for future reference.

    If you have agreed upon receiving marketing information from us we will only store your data for as long as you interact with us.

    We will normally store your data for a maximum of 24 months after our last interaction or from when our agreement is no longer valid. We may make exceptions due to legal reasons, e.g. a signed agreement.

    Collected data will get stored in cloud services hosted by suppliers located in the EU.

Your rights

    You may decline any marketing communication from us at any time, regardless of your previous relation with us.

    You may request a copy of your data at any time.

    You may ask us to correct any errors to your data at any time.

    You may request that we delete your data at any time, alternatively (in particular cases) you may request that we limit how your data is being processed. This does not apply whenever we must store data due to legal reasons.
