WordPress Multisite
Däckspecialen was launched as an independent brand for all car owners, regardless of brand, and is built on a WordPress multisite solution, using API integrations making it straightforward for customers to find the correct tyres, book fitting, and pay directly at the workshop.
Enhanced service via SEO and UX strategy
The service has been continually evaluated to match the market and competition. In 2023, an SEO strategy was implemented to refine the service and improve search engine rankings. This began with a current state and competitor analysis, which was used to identify relevant keywords. Using these new insights, we then developed new flows to optimise the customer journey and increase conversions.
Once the new flows were defined, we updated the UX and enhanced the service with new features to provide a better user experience. New content was then created based on the keyword analysis. A measurement plan with KPIs was also established to enable ongoing analysis, evaluation, and future development.
