Dovista is a group of leading European brands focusing on windows, patio doors, and external doors. In Sweden, Dovista operates the brands Svenska Fönster and Mockfjärds.

We connected with Dovista when they needed to enhance their online customer journeys, aiming to drive more potential customers to their sales teams. Dovista commissioned us to build a planning tool for Mockfjärds - a scalable solution that could also be adapted for Dovista's other brands.

Our delivery included a technical pre-study and concept with an accompanying impact mapping (KPI framework). To ensure success with the service's design and UX elements, we conducted a meticulous analysis of the customer journey and thorough prototype testing before finalising the design.

We used APIs to connect the tool to the client's business system and developed the application using React and NodeJS. Throughout our work on the design/UX flows and development, we also considered the need for the solution to be scalable and future-proof for a potential e-commerce integration.

We delivered an efficient, custom-built scalable solution, enabling the same technology to be reused across all of Dovista's brands.

Window replacement has never been easier

The final result was a planning tool where customers can design their windows and doors themselves. The goal of this project was to give customers a clear visual representation of how the products might look on their property, aiding them in their aesthetic decisions. The service supports the customer through the entire window and door replacement process with clear information and dialogue.

The primary target groups for the planning tool are private customers and property owners who are considering replacing the windows and doors on their house or building.
