We have worked with Toyota Sverige and the Toyota dealer association since 2012. The car manufacturer utilises our competence to coordinate campaigns and strengthen the dealers’ digital presence not only for the new car market but also for used cars, service workshops, accessories and tire business.
Partnering with both general agents
During our time as Toyota's digital partner, we have delivered and managed both running projects and one-off initiatives for both the general agent and the dealer association. Our engagement includes a complete WordPress multi-site platform that offers centrally managed yet locally customisable websites, promotional material and campaign sites, continuous support and analysis to optimise dealers’ websites and provide input about visitor behaviour.
Easy and profitable tire solution for Toyota Göteborg
The tire business is important for Toyota dealers, but also a purchase where the customer needs a lot of support from the seller. For Toyota Center Gothenburg, we created a service for the purchase and service of tires and rims - dackspecialen.com. Two platforms with a shared code base were produced. One that is fully connected to Toyota Gothenburg's site and only has a booking engine and that follows Toyota's graphic profile. The other is a large-scale solution where the top-level domain and the profile stand on their own and with more extended content with several additional services. This solution is for all car owners, not just those with a Toyota car. With the solution, Toyota Gothenburg has had better staffing, easier handling, and the tire business has become significantly more profitable.
The hybrid relay
To meet the need for information before deciding on a car purchase, we created the Hybrid Relay. The concept was a combined competition and information campaign, where intending buyers get a realistic representation of Toyota’s Hybrid models by real-world test drivers.
